If some points have slipped out of our control and vigilance, we will negotiate at our expense any rectification of problems met with the supplier. IQC will also pay for the modification of the product. This is our guarantee works. The few customers who received products not in conformity with the requirements in the past, have always appreciated this security and thus continue to trust IQC for their business. If you have not received the assistance you expected, and you are dissatisfied with our service, IQC will reimburse you the fees already incurred.
IQC is not an " product insurance " and do not take any responsability with regards to defective products. IQC is an additional verification that contributes to minimize the risk to have defective products. We have the same limited powers and responsibilities as your own employee. For this purpose, a proxy from our customers is mandatory for each of our interventions. Consult the column Power of Attorney form on our Website. Moreover, IQC cannot reasonably be blamed for a failure that is not included in the checklist (Consult our Website under the heading of Quality Control).
