IQC has agents in several countries.
Each agent has suppliers bid in his sector. A quotation form as well as a company profile is prepared for each manufacturing applicant. (These forms are meant for the exclusive use of IQC and are available for reference in our Website under the column FORMS). The plant finally selected will be visited by IQC and "audited" before receiving your order. (Consult our Website under the column PLANT AUDIT).
According to the orders and the nature of the products, the plant selected is not necessarily the largest. Our experience has shown that large plants do not always show much consideration to customers with small orders.
The plant chosen is not necessarily the least expensive either. Several manufacturers offer low prices. Once the order is placed and the deposit received, they want to renegotiate for extras to increase their price or cut on quality. IQC condemns such practice and protects its clients as much as possible of these rogue manufacturers.

To effectively search suppliers, a comprehensive description of the product is essential. Drawings, samples, specifications and a checklist are required. Once accepted, IQC will take control of your order. We support the negotiations, billings, making of prototypes, quality control and transport if necessary.
IQC keeps a commission on the product for the same reason a trader does. But IQC is not an importer. Our mandate is to assist our customers in their purchases abroad. Also, once the trustfulness is established between the supplier and the buyer, IQC can concede the negotiations with the factory directly to you. You can then deal directly with a supplier and you will no longer have to pay a commission to IQC. Obviously, IQC can still make quality controls upon your request.
